April 24-Tuesday

Another day has gone by, and today is (was) our seventh day of internship in WESVIARC. Earlier this morning, we reported to Sir Daniel for the list of activities he has in store for us to do for this day. He told us that we will be going to the field and observe some of the activities they usually do in the department with the aid of Sir Javis. We first went to the Incubation Room where we saw eggs(chicken) being incubated artificially. After that, we went to the field where we saw goats of different breeds and some of the plants that the center cultures for the goats to eat. We also went to the poultry farm just behind the Orchidarium. There, Sir Javis showed us the proper way of feeding the chickens and I can say it was really a lot of fun watching him feed them. After the tour, we went back to the office to start on our week's assignment. After a long day, we unwinded by playing some indoor sports(with the permission of our supervisor, of course).
