Tarak Tarak

APRIL 25..Wednesday
Goodness gracious.. We practically did nothing on this day, as in nothing!! In the morning, we waited for Ma'am Flerida because she promised she'd find something to do for us.. We waited for two hours, TWO hours.. then she came back, and led us to the library, and told us to stay there.. We followed what she told us, and we did this for two more hours.
Finally, in the sfternoon, Ma'am Flerida managed to find some work for us to do.. We were to segregate the seeds, to separate the expired ones from the.....uhh.....not-yet-expired ones.. WE did this for an hour, and then we were dismissed!!
Amazing, isn't it? =o

APRIL 26..Thursday
"We're flying first class..Up in the sky..
Poppin' champagne..Livin' the life.."
A part of Fergie's Glamorous song.. A song we never fail to hear everyday.. Well, you might be wondering, what's its relevance for the day's happenings..
On this day, we excitedly arrived in WESVIARC, knowing that we would be taught how to drive a 'tractor'. As soon as the clock stroke 8 o'clock, Ma'am Flerida led us to the Engineering section of WESVIARC. There, a staff was waiting for us. He was the one to teach us how to drive a tractor. But of course, before driving, we had to learn the basics. We learned the use of every button and control there was, and poof! It was time to drive!
Audie was the one who drove first. After seeing him, we were a bit freaked out because it seemed kind of hard, and well........Audie never told us how it felt. But then, Ma'am Flerida led us away from the tractor, because, we had to observe how the harvesting of rice was done. After that, we hurriedly went to the canteen to refresh ourselves, because.............it was freaking hot. We stayed there for like 30 minutes, and then we were called back.. One by one, we tried the tractor, and, thank God, not one of us jumped off the machine(as the college students have..).
We wanted to try driving again, but the guy teaching us told us to wait 'til the afternoon.
And we actually waited! Ma'am Flerida informed us that 'driving lessons' would resume at 2pm, and at 2 o'clock, we went back to the engineering section, and waited..and waited..and waited..and waited..and waited.. and when we saw that it was nearing 4 o'clock, we decided to go home, and call it a day..
It was a bit disappointing that we never got to ride again that afternoon, but whoa.. Riding an actual 'tarak tarak' is totally worth waiting for..
