May 3, Thursday

We again went to the nursery to 'hide'... Later that morning, the other group (carla, audie, tricia, edward, kate, terence, gregory, lurence, kent, ace, laje...) arrived and joined us in our peaceful 'hide-out'... They joined us while we're having a sumptuous snacks, indian mangoes.(hehehe...)

May 4, Friday

Whew! Time really flies very fast! It's Friday again!
but our task to accomplish today is quite tough... We should segregate the expired seeds from the 'newly bought' ones...

Can you imagine that how many sacks we were to segregate??? Well, as a matter of fact! about 4 sacks...

All of us were ready to help so that we can all go home as early as possible...

*we first separated the expired and not expired... ( i was the one who collected the
expired ones and chari gathered the new ones.)
*then we have to group them according to their variety...
'this made us think why the scientists identified so many varieties that slight
distinction can make another variety of seed'
*after grouping them together now we have to pack them by 10's.
(me and aisha halped each other in packing the packets. we took turns in cutting the
scotch tape and taping the packets together...)
*we all put them into the sacks and tied the sacks and labeled the new ones
as 'VIABLE'(this means that these seeds can still be planted...)

After all those things that we should do, we finished it right before lunch time!!! (this
really shows that we can do all things faster and easily when all are working together...)

In the afternoon, while we were cleaning-up... Ma'am Flerida informed us that we are
going to have an intermission number to be presented on Monday during the anniversary of
WESVIARC.

After several suggestions regarding the music, we finally came up with the song YMCA.
This was our basic music taught to us by our PE teacher when we were in 2nd year.

We practiced and decided to have our t-shirt personalized for our internship and also for
our intermission number so that it will be uniformed.

As a whole, this weak was BALANCED two days of NO WORK and TWO DAYS OF HECTIC AND TIRESOME DAYS...( May 1 is exempted because it is considered as a holiday.)
